What is SETOSAN® fabric?
SETOSAN® fabric is created through a combination of a Chitosan nano-particle agent and rayon technology. The chitin nanoparticles are evenly distributed throughout the individual fibers giving the fabric the ability to retain its protective properties even after prolonged use and wash. The protective chitosan particles inhibit the growth and proliferation of odor causing microbes on the fabric which protects the fabric from unpleasant odors and degradation. SETOSAN also exhibits high hygroscopicity (50% higher than natural cotton) and is hypoallergenic.
HOW TO CLEAN
Please soak with a liquid neutral detergent, use a soft toothbrush to clean the inner and outer layers of dirt, rinse with water, and then hang it to dry.
