We are unsure exactly how this unique, antique oil lamp works.
It is made with a handle and also has two vertical bolts on the side that looks as if it should attach to possibly a vehicle, boat, a wall attachment or maybe a hat? You be the judge.
The entire lamp is brass except for the handle and the two protruding bolts.
Measures 7" high and 2: diameter at the base.
The bolts and handle to show surface rust. The brass lamp has a nice patina. This is the way the lamp was found.
Looking at the design, we are also unsure how it was made to work. A curved, capped stem is above the wick?
