Antique Etruscan Silver Earrings Marked S.A.H.K. : Repair and Restore

I hope these lovely silver metal Etruscan style earrings can be saved - one of the screwbacks are stripped - the other one works. Maybe they could be turned into pierced earrings??
Anyway, I'd hate to throw them away but I don't have the skills to fix.
