ART DECO 1.25ctw DIAMOND SAPPHIRE PLATINUM 2" DANGLE STATEMENT COCKTAIL EARRINGS

Description

This is an ESTATE PAIR of LONG DANGLE COCKTAIL EARRINGS that was made in the ART DECO style, post 1950, from PLATINUM with 18k yellow gold closing levers.  The earrings are bezel-set with 2 BRILLIANT CUT DIAMONDS of F color, VS clarity that weigh .83 ctw. and the weight in engraved on the earrings.  They are also set with 4 OLD MINE CUT & 6 ROSE CUT DIAMONDS of I to J color, SI clarity that weigh approx. .42 ctw.   The total diamond weight is approx. 1.25 ctw.
The earrings are detailed with 32 NATURAL BLUE SAPPHIRES that weigh approx. 1.20 ctw.  These sapphires are FANCY SHAPES that are CHANNEL-SET and of very fine quality.  The earrings measure 2” long by 1/2” at the widest point.  The total weight is 7.2 grams. FINE QUALITY and CONDITION...CLASSIC ART DECO DESIGN with FABULOUS SWING!
