Up for Sale is an Antique F.T. Knight & Co. Hanging Scale from Boston with a Oct 15, 1912 Patent Date on the Paper Label Face. Wonderful Scoop Tray with Chains is also included as seen in the photos. Fantastic Scale for the Farmer's Market Display or Use in the Kitchen for Fruits and Veggies.
The face is paper and it shows age with scuffs, fading, rips and repaired tear as photos show. The frame ring that would have held the glass in place is missing 3 of 5 tabs. 2 tabs at the top is holding in place currently so I would recommend a more permanent (epoxy/glue) solution. It will be wrapped securely so no worries. Needs to be calibrated but hand moves well. 32" hanging length and 10" diameter for scale. Pan is 18" x 12 1/4".
