"Flan" is a typical Spanish dessert, prepare at home, just need 1 liter of milk and blend with flan powder
How to prepare
Dissolve the contents of the envelope in a glass with 250 ml of milk. Heat another 250 ml of milk in a saucepan and when it boils add the previous solution until it boils again.
Remove the saucepan a few seconds from the heat while stirring. Place it on the fire again until it boils.
Pour it into the containers and let them rest 4 hours in the refrigerator. If you do not want the cream layer to form on the surface, cover the tubs with aluminum foil.

Prepared in powder to make cuajada: starch, fructose, thickener (e-407), sugar, aromas, stabilizer (e-339), rennet. May contain milk.
