Up for sale this Top of the line audiophile grade 3-Head Stereo Cassette Deck in Excellent Conditions. Yamaha’s sophisticated magnetic head technology, outstanding tape transport mechanism, superb electronics, and precision manufacture put the Cassette Deck at the forefront of 3 Head Cassette decks. Frequency response of an incredible 20Hz~24,000 Hz (+/-3dB) with Normal type tapes put this high end 3 head deck performance beyond most 3 head deck competitors. Beautiful brushed black metallic finish.
This unit makes great addition to any Hi-Fi audio setup.
Unit was serviced by a Yamaha certified technician recently. Replaced Capstan Belt, back tension reel belt, and Reel Idler rubber wheel with high compliance belts/idler. Cleaned and demagnetized Record, Play Heads, and tape path. Cleaned pinch roller and capstan.
Fully lubricated and calibrated mechanisms(heads Azimuth & Height, and Reel torque back tension). Full electronic calibration(Bias, Peaking, Rec and Playback Levels per tape type) made to factory standards. All functions operate as intended and were thoroughly tested. RCA terminals were fully cleaned and polished to achieve the best audio connection avoiding any signal loss. Comes detailed cleaned and sanitized for your convenience.
