2019 Kawasaki Ultra 310 Jet Ski
15 Hours on the machine.
Last year jet ski was rode without the plugs in it.  Rider noticed it was taking on water.  Got it back to the dock.  Motor did not injest water while it was running.  Jet ski sunk while going to get the truck and trailer.  Water got into the intake system.  No water got into the engine oil.  Got the water out of the engine and got the machine running fine in the parking lot.  Machine was supposed to go get driven to burn any water out of the inter cooler and supercharger but it got parked for a year.  Water left in intercooler etc.. corroded everything.  Pulled the engine.  Supercharger is locked up, Throttle body is corroded, Intercooler very corroded, Cylinder head and valves extremely corroded. Rings stuck in cylinder.  Bottom end had no water in it and feels fine.  Electrical looks ok. Cylinders can be saved.  Pistons could be reused with new rings. Impeller seems to be frozen in the pump from corrosion.  Pump and impeller needs to be disassembled, greased, and serviced.
Jet ski was in Salt Water when sunk.
