I'm running sweet but I wanna bore up bore up to 81.5mm with some Forged Wisco pistons kits this winter to sure up the top end my way. I'm gonna have cly deck surfaced and maybe some porting from my local Race Machine Shop does work for IJSBA racers and won a World Tile this year. I've also decided to go with some ADA V2 girdled heads this winter. The ones I'm using now are the older style ADA design and plus I want the 225 range compression this round and girdled ADA with the 24mm domes. It comes with everything you see and the 100 MPH Jet Pilot vest, The top tier Kommander Jet Ski tote and Beach launch rig, OG alloy water stand, 2 gas cans and I'll throw in the battery tender too I have a few extra (see images). 00 Granite firm and everything comes as a package I'm not selling the Kommander Tote separately no. The price reflects with the Forged Pistons and ADA girdled head just cost me some coin. My MINT 1994 550SX/750 "Sleeper" Swap conversion with fresh 750 motor stock OEM psi, (Now 180lbs) Rhaas 750 Pump kit, 10/16 HOOKER impeller, Prowatercraft Pump Stuffer, ADA Head with 180 lb. domes, Zeeltronic Programmable CDI, Zeeltronic Programmer and cable for ease of ZelProg, and comes with a handheld ZelProg too. Coffman Pipe port matched to PJS 44mm Exhaust manifold and Supertrapp waterbox with closed course open cone with all plates spaced with ss washers, dual Keihn carbs with my custom fuel delivery mods (HF Mikuni booster pump w restrictor circuit), HF bilge pump (auto and manual sw) , 750 PJS OPEN scoop intake grate, Kwik-Turn Plate (custom modified), Oil BLOCK OFF Kit, Crankcase 750 BLOCK OFF Kit, HF Mikuni Booster pump and mount, fuel line restrictor, Primer Pump Kit, Water proof Switch to choose the CDI Curve on the Fly, and aftermarket performance flame arrestors/air filters. I have my own OG water routing scheme and pissers and stinger flow valve with all barbs drilled and bored to .25". It's ready for laptop and play Zeeltronic curves and test and tune on the water with handheld ZelProg. This was a fun build and Rhaas 750 Pump kit was professionally installed. Ebox mount kit and Zeeltronic Programmable CDI swap was professionally incorporated into the ebox with proper fuse protection. Also a waterproof curve switch I set to "activated" and active. (see image) Tuning: Currently on Curve #1 (Wax Curve). I have 2 Nozzles options 750 80mm, and 650 83mm with PJS 750 OPEN Scoop Grate and a Westcoast Top Loader. Tiny Tach RPM Logger. I have to use the top loader to hold those WOT speeds and so far only using the stock 750 pump nozzle (80mm). I'm not sure what top speed will be when I put in the 83mm nozzle soon. Glen at Impros sold me the 10/16 and said I needed to be 83+mm. I'll post the GoPro GPS video then. I'm running stock handling 550 for now just a pole spring, Qwik-Turn, straight bars. I may go tubbies and fishsticks this spring and price will go up. I have a cute waterproof Garmin on the handlebar too but I think I might mount that inside where the tach logger is since the new GoPro has GPS now. The Garmin breaks down each fraction MPH where GoPro does not. High Rollers want this for your trip or weekends I can always build another one and "everything's for sale but the girlfriend!" The curve #1 Wax Curve is truly off the chart amazing! unreal power on the Wax Curve! It's super wicked Quick and Fast and I'm in the mid 50s (55+MPH) already on my first swap and tune (Thx to Noland). The ZeelProg PC-programmer and cable comes with the sale. I have a custom waterproof toggle switch accessible when riding to switch between the ignition curves so if "little Joey" wants to ride I can easily switch to the less aggressive curve #2. I only run Redline Racing Oil and Race fuel. Clean title in hand and 2022 Tags and fees paid on The Cleanest Top Shelf 550SX/750 Swap Rhaas 750 Kit last summer! Winter upgrades are coming! 😉😁😎
