Returns Policy
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from invoice date. Please contact us first to let us know of any problem. We will then try to resolve the issue with quickly and efficiently.
Non-Defective Returns
For non-defective merchandise, item must be returned in new condition, un-used and with original packaging. All packaging must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Defective Returns
Any item determined to be defective or not as described can be returned for refund or store credit, your choice. Return shipping at our expense and full refund of purchase price.

Risk of Loss
When customer places an order, the order will be shipped to the address designated by the customer as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this listing. As a result, risk of loss for items purchased from Specbolt pass to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
