Vintage Indiana Glass Co. Oval Star Pattern Child's Sugar & Creamer Set. This must have been very gently played with because the only flaws are seem burrs from manufacturing. This comes from a small collection I acquired and some have some research with them, which I will keep with.  They stand between 3" to 4" tall. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
