The back door of where you change the bulb is marked Elisha Webb and Sons Co.
Philadelphia Pa
The glass lens says “Perkins”.
Metal looks to be pot metal or maybe magnesium. I am not sure. Not magnetic.
Light looks to have been originally silver, but has been painted black and with multiple coats that are starting to chip. The top is held on with nuts and one looks to have been replaced. It is different than the others. Please see photos!
Cord and plug are in good condition and have been replaced at one point. But it is marked water resistant.
Light socket looks to be original porcelain parts.
Perkins lens is stamped with name.
Light is on an iron post.
