Vintage Rare Racing Cylindrical Hot rod gas tank with brackets 1970s funny Car

The guy I bought this off of owned a 1970 maverick funny car racing car. He also had an old 1930s hot rod. I forgot to ask him what car this came off of but it was one of his race cars from the 1970s.
If you are looking for unmistakable vintage hot Rod aluminum gas tank from California… Here it is. If you look at the weld Around the gas cap area… It is old school work of art.
There are a couple of dance… I bet the guy needed to fit it so he put on a small dent on the end of one of the sides of the cylinder. I photographed it pretty good.
Obviously the holes is garbage. You might need to mess with the connector to get it right. This tank is being sold in as is condition.
