    From Jane's All the World's Planes, 1940 edition, here is an ad for EDO aircraft flotation gear.  It's interesting that when we think of aviation we sometimes think of advancement but face it, the floats shown at the bottom of this page could be exact examples of what are sold today for 185's etc.  They got it right the first time.  Also, see what Sampson and Low's were offering for light reading in 1940.
    This ad was carefully sliced out of the book and measures 7 1/2" wide by 12 1/2" tall.  It will be mailed flat in a manila envelope.  I can ship many of these ads for the one base shipping rate but you must wait for me to send you and invoice otherwise eBay just keeps stacking the shipping fees on.
